Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Draft policy. This is a starting template, not reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked against your actual company registration, insurance and local regulations before publishing it as binding terms.

1. Who we are

PickupR provides private chauffeur transfers, day trips and hourly driver services from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Full company registration details are published on our Contact page.

2. Bookings and pricing

Prices shown at the time of booking are fixed, all-in prices for the route, vehicle and passenger count you select, including tolls, parking and VAT unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or in-app confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of booking (or as otherwise agreed for business accounts) using the payment methods offered at checkout. All prices are quoted in euros.

4. Changes to your booking

You can request a change to the date, time, passenger count or vehicle for an upcoming booking from your account, subject to availability. Significant changes (for example a different route) may result in a new price.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which currently allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

6. Your responsibilities

Please be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time, and provide accurate flight, passenger and luggage information when booking. Additional stops, extra luggage or extra passengers not disclosed at booking may not be accommodated.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe, punctual service, but we are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, flight delays or road closures.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
