Will the driver take me to the hotel entrance?
Wherever a car can legally stop. In pedestrianised historic centres and on narrow canal streets, the driver uses the nearest permitted drop-off point and helps with your luggage.
My holiday rental has a separate key-collection address. What should I do?
Add the key-collection address as a stop. The price is calculated for the full route before you pay.
Can the hotel book a transfer for its guests?
