How far in advance should I book?
Online bookings can be made up to a few hours before pickup (the minimum notice is shown in the booking form). Booking earlier guarantees availability, especially for vans and during busy periods.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest. You receive a secure link by email to view and manage your booking. Creating an account is optional and lets you see all your bookings, invoices and saved addresses in one place.
Where will my driver meet me at Schiphol?
With Meet & Greet, your driver waits in the arrivals area with a name sign. With a regular pickup, you contact your driver after collecting your luggage and they direct you to the pickup point. What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when booking. Your pickup is planned around the scheduled landing time, and if your flight is delayed your driver adjusts to the new arrival time at no extra cost. The complimentary waiting time is shown on our pickup information page.
What if I cannot find my driver?
Call or message the driver or dispatch number in your confirmation email. Please keep your phone switched on after landing.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed securely by Mollie. Depending on availability you can pay with iDEAL, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and other methods shown on the payment page.
